Beginning this year, roster adjustments are allowed between playoff rounds.

2025 JBW dues are $20 (due on draft day - March 30)

Topic Discussion Results:

1. Minimum games played qualifier - defeated (70%)

2. Reduce IP qualifier to 20 IP - defeated (70%)

3. RP must rest one game after more than a two-inning outing - defeated (65%)

4. Minimum AB qualifier increased to 100 - APPROVED (only by 5%, therefore defeated)

5. Allow roster adjustments between playoffs rounds - APPROVED (80%)

6. Change from divisions to leagues - APPROVED (by 10%, therefore defeated)

7. Runner from second advancing solely on speed vs of arm - defeated (70%)

8. Draft lottery - defeated (80%)

9. Catcher rest requirement reduced to 10 games - defeated (10%)

10. 4th & 5th best records have a play-in series - defeated (80%)

11. Add four game intra-division series to schedule - defeated (90%)

12. Change Interleague and Intraleague series to 4- and 5-games - defeated (90%)

13. Add a manager challenge - defeated (90%)

2025 JBW CALENDAR AND SCHEDULE RELEASED

Commissioner's Remarks on 2025 JBW Trade Review Board (TRB)

"The league voted 9-6 in favor of only reviewing trades that league members requested. However, as is our policy of not making changes unless a LARGE proportion of the league is in favor (TRB) will continue reviewing all trades. A couple changes to the TRB: 2 members (one from the NL and one from the AL) with two alternates. Frank & Vic will serve as the TRB this year. Andrew is first alternate and reviews any trade that Frank or Vic are involved in. Eddie is second alternate and only reviews a trade if both Frank and Vic trade with each other. The only veto is 2-0 (both TRB members choose to veto a trade)...1-1 is an Approval. We will allow any vetoed trade on the last week of each trading period to be resubmitted with a different proposal. It must involve the same two managers, it must include one of the players in the original vetoed trade and it can only be reposted once."

AL Cy Young: Spencer Strider (JBW A's)

NL Cy Young: Gerrit Cole (JBW Giants)

AL MVP: Aaron Judge (JBW Royals)

NL MVP: Mookie Betts (JBW Nationals)

AL Rookie of the Year: Zach Gelof (JBW White Sox)

NL Rookie of the Year: Josh Lowe (JBW Dodgers)

JBW WELCOMES NEW MANAGER

Former JBW manager Dwayne B. is returning to take over the reigns of the JBW Guardians, moving the franchise from Los Angeles where they played as the JBW Angels last year.

JBW welcomes Dwayne and wishes him good luck!
